Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is always our goal and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is simple. If for any reason, within 30 days of receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us for a prompt exchange, credit or refund less shipping.
Custom Items and products that have been personalized may not be returned.
Holiday Returns: Items ordered between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31.
Important Note: Items in new condition returned without authorization will be charged a minimum 20% restocking fee. Orders processed with free or discounted shipping will be charged actual shipping cost in the event of a return. Products that are “Made to Order” are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Damage to packaging during shipping must be reported to carrier at time of receipt.
How To Return
Returns are easy, simply obtain a Return Authorization (RA) from Customer Service. You may contact Customer Service from 10 AM to 5 PM (Central-TX) Mon-Fri at 830-367-5553 or e-mail wildgoose@wildgoosetexas.net
For your protection we recommend that you ship via USPS Priority, FedEx or UPS and insure your shipment for its full retail value. Items must be re-packaged in their original boxes and returned in new condition.
